How It Works
We send orders worldwide with insured international airmail that includes tracking. Only one shipping method exists: your parcel is handed over to the national postal operator in our country and then delivered to you by your own national postal operator. Every international parcel is governed uniformly by the rules of the Postal Convention.
Parcels normally arrive within roughly 3–5 weeks. Certain items may reach you in two stages:
- Warehouse → dispatch office. At this point the order is marked as shipped (tracking is not available yet).
- Dispatch office → you. You receive a tracking number within one hour of the parcel being sent.
Customs and Duties
- All import duties and taxes (wherever they apply in your country) are paid by the recipient directly at the post office.
- To keep our customers' costs down, we state the lowest permitted values in the shipping paperwork — while remaining fully compliant with the regulations.
- Depending on local postal rules, you may have to collect the parcel at your post office.
Handling Time
Preparing an order takes from 2 days up to 1 month (for made-to-order products). We tell you the exact handling time for your order and, when needed, remind you again in your account and by email.
Lost Parcels
Based on tracking data, we accept full responsibility for parcels that go missing. If your parcel never arrives, you get a complete refund or a replacement item — the detailed procedure is described in our Return Policy & Terms.
Note on Delayed Shipments
Please note! Because of military and political developments in various parts of the world, delivery times have grown longer and parcels may be delayed. If you are not prepared to wait, we ask you not to place an order.
Countries We Ship To
We ship to every country in the world; the destinations our customers order to most often are the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain.
Please be aware: several countries currently refuse postal parcels originating from Russia (among them Germany, Australia, the Czech Republic, and Sweden — this list may change). We can still deliver to these countries using an Asian transit route (via Thailand or Vietnam). Such parcels take longer to arrive, and shipping costs more because of the transit forwarding.
