Return Policy

The rules below cover every item bought through our web store at ruarmy.com.

Open and check your parcel as soon as it arrives to confirm everything is correct and complete. Should anything be missing, hold on to all of the original packing materials — our shipping team may ask you to photograph them. Without those materials, your return or refund claim may be turned down.

Should any problem come up, get in touch with us right away so we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number where one is required.

Return Conditions

• Returns lacking an RMA number will not be accepted.
• Items being sent back must be UNUSED, in NEW condition, and inside their original packaging.
• No returns are taken after 30 days from the date you received the goods.
• Whenever an RMA number is required, it must appear plainly on the shipping label; parcels without one get sent back or destroyed.
• Special orders, custom-made pieces, and refurbished products cannot be returned.
• Shipping charges, Russian Customs fees included, are not refundable.
• A 30% restocking fee applies to every returned item.
• Return shipping expenses are borne by the customer.

Defective Items

If a faulty product reaches you, we'll issue an RMA number for a return or exchange and pass along the manufacturer's contact details. The cost of return shipping, however, has to be settled directly with the manufacturer, since we don't cover it.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items can only be canceled within 24–48 hours; certain manufacturers charge a restocking fee on canceled pre-orders. Check with us before canceling to learn about any possible charges.

Custom-Made Items

Custom pieces may be canceled no later than 48 hours after the original order; beyond that, a restocking fee of 30–50% applies depending on how far production has gone. Every custom-item return needs our advance approval and carries a 30% restocking fee.

Getting an RMA Number

To request one, do any of the following:

• Start the return from your personal account on our site, under "Order History".
• Email [email protected] with full particulars of your request.
• Ring +66 96 212-58-35 and leave a detailed message.

An email with your RMA number (where applicable) and the return address will reach you within 24–72 hours.

IMPORTANT:

Write the RMA number in large letters beside your return address on the parcel — it speeds things up considerably. RMA numbers stay valid for 15 days from the moment they are issued.

Sending Returns Back

Every return must ship prepaid. We suggest carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, ideally with a return receipt so the parcel can be tracked.

Refunds on Returns

From the day your order arrives, you have a 30-day window to send it back for whatever reason. Past the 30 days, refunds or exchanges happen at our discretion and hinge on the product's condition, its warranties, and the manufacturer's policies.

Once an authorized return reaches us, we examine the items against our return policy. Where everything checks out, the appropriate sum goes back through your original payment method. Give it up to a week for the refund to post to your credit card.
