Return Policy

This return policy applies to all items purchased from our web store at ruarmy.com.

Please inspect your package upon arrival to ensure you have received the correct items. If any items are missing, retain the original packaging materials, as our shipping department may require photographs of them. Failure to provide original packaging materials may result in the denial of your return or refund request.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if necessary.

Return Conditions

• All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number; otherwise, they will be refused.
• Returned items must be UNUSED, in NEW condition, and in their original packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
• If an RMA number is required, it must be clearly displayed on the shipping label. Packages without an RMA number will be returned or discarded.
• Special orders, custom-made items, and refurbished products are non-returnable.
• Shipping charges, including Russian Customs fees, are non-refundable.
• A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we will provide you with an RMA number for return/exchange and the manufacturer's contact information. However, return shipping charges must be discussed directly with the manufacturer, as we do not cover these costs.

Pre-Ordered Items

Pre-ordered items must be canceled within 24-48 hours. Some manufacturers may charge restocking fees for canceled pre-orders. Please contact us before canceling to check for potential fees.

Custom-Made Items

Custom-made items must be canceled within 48 hours of the initial order. Otherwise, they are subject to a 30-50% restocking fee, depending on the production stage. All returns of custom-made items must be pre-approved and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

How to Obtain an RMA Number

To request an RMA number, you can:

• Initiate a return through your personal account on our website under "Order History."
• Email us at info@ruarmy.com with detailed information about your request.
• Call us at +66 (96)-212-58-35 and leave a detailed message.

You will receive an email within 24-72 hours containing your RMA number (if applicable) and the return address.

IMPORTANT:

Write your RMA number in large letters next to your return address on the package. This will help expedite the process. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

Shipping Returns

Prepaid shipping is required for all returns. We recommend using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS with a return receipt for tracking purposes.

Refunds on Returns

Once your order is received, you have a 30-day window to return it for any reason. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are at our discretion and depend on the product's condition, warranties, and manufacturer policies.

Upon receiving your authorized return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy conditions. If the conditions are met, we will refund the appropriate amount using your original payment method. Please allow up to one week for the refund to appear on your credit card.
