Tactical Action pants (4 layer). It has good protection from wind and rain in combination with good breathable properties.

The loose cut of tactical pants allows you to put on base and middle layers under them and adapt to specific weather conditions. The fourth layer is compactly packed and does not take up much space in a backpack or bag.
