Return Conditions

You can return a product if it meets any of the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• The product does not match the item you ordered.
• The product has a different color, size, or other specifications than what you ordered.

How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return through one of the following methods:

• Through Your Account: Log in to your personal account and initiate a return via the order history section.
• By Email: Send an email to info@ruarmy.com with your order details and reason for return.
• By Phone: Call us at +66 96 212 58 35 (also available on Telegram and WhatsApp).
• Return Form: Use the Return Form available on our website to submit your return request.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on the part of RUArmy.com (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will fully reimburse the shipping costs or send a replacement product at no additional charge.

Refund Process

Refunds for returned products will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. This includes:

• Debit/Credit Card
• PayPal

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Important Notes

• All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• For returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong size or color selected), shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
