Self-Throwing Trousers L7 "Borey" Shelter® Sport

Insulated packable trousers-self-throws, the seventh layer of military multi-layer clothing systems (analog of ECWCS, PCU, VKPO). Increased strength. They are carried in a backpack, being packed in a compression bag, worn during parking on top of basic clothing

The set includes a simple bag for packaging, cylindrical in shape, with a paracord inlet tie and a Duraflex®lock.Attention! Long-term storage in compressed form is not recommended. Packing into a bag should be done arbitrarily by crumpling the trousers, and not carefully rolling them up, because at the same time the insulation is minimally deformed

Free cut, it means putting on over warm thermal underwear and a demi-season suit (the fifth layer)

Full-height side zippers, fully detachable, allow you to quickly put on trousers without taking off your shoes. Reliable large tractor zipper, comfortable braid grips on the locks for working in warm gloves. From the inside, the zipper is covered with a strap for protection from wind and snacking

Knees with tucks for articulation, reinforced with Cordura®fabric overlays

The bottom of the trousers is tightened with sewn wide elastic bands and additionally patches with Velcro, which remove the load from the side zipper. There is a small volume adjustment for use with winter shoes with thick tops. Reinforcement with overlays made of Cordura® fabric in the most wiped places — on the inside of the pants, on the underside of the bottom at the point of contact with shoes, also the lower pats are made of reinforced fabric

The zipper of the fly is elongated and unfastens both from above and from below for ease of use with many interfering layers of clothing

The belt is rubberized. The front is fastened with two buttons. There are loops for a trouser belt up to 50 mm wide. On the sides there are wide patches with Velcro and buttons, removing the load from the side zipper. Suspenders are attached to the patches

Suspenders of the "mountain" type with an easily accessible side fastening with Velcro and a small height adjustment. Due to the fact that the suspenders are attached to the front half of the trousers, the back half is unfastened as a sanitary valve

The seat area is reinforced with Cordura®fabric overlays

All the main seams are made with double stitching. All the Velcro is sewn in a reinforced way. On the outer surface of the trousers, all the finishing is made with a particularly strong nylon thread COATS Nylbond (designed for equipment). The loaded sections are reinforced with zigzag fasteners

• Insulation:Shelter® Sport, 150 g/^m2(over the entire area of the trousers). Top insulation of domestic production, a full analogue of Primaloft® Sport/Silver. It has a high resistance to deformation, is designed for use in packed sleeping bags and clothing
• Main fabric:100% nylon 70d x 160d, density 100 g / ^m2, lightweight but durable windproof fabric with water-repellent DWR surface treatment
• Reinforcing fabric: Cordura® (100% nylon) 320d, density 155 g / ^m2, extra strong fabric, without PU coating on the inside (breathes), with water-repellent DWR surface treatment
• Lining fabric: Taffeta (100% nylon) 20d, density 40 g / ^m2, thin lightweight fabric with calendering on the inside
