A pouch is a first-aid kit (medicines are not included in the kit) with the ability to quickly detach from the unloading system for more convenient access to the contents, use separately in an emergency, as well as as an independent product carried inside backpacks and bags. The pouch can also be used as a medium-sized organizer

  • Mounting: two built-in clips. For mounting on the classic PALS/MOLLE system, three cells in width and from two to three horizontal rows of cells in height are required
  • The product consists of two parts-a platform and a pouch. The platform is attached to the unloading system, and the pouch is fixed on the platform with a wide Velcro and additionally wrapped with a vertical sling with fastex
  • All sections of fabric and slings are hidden under the seams or edged for reliability and a neat appearance

Platform:

  • The shape is a rectangular base that turns into a trapezoidal valve from above
  • A PALS/MOLLE mount is sewn on the back of the platform base. The width of the base is minimal (exactly three PALS cells), and therefore the first aid kit takes up a minimum of space on the unloading system, without interfering with the installation of adjacent pouches
  • At the back of the base in the middle there is a pocket for carrying standard scissors for cutting clothes. The scissors are inserted from the top. To hold them, there is a clasp on a metal button, threaded into the rings of scissors
  • A large wide Velcro hook is sewn on the front of the base for attaching the first aid kit
  • The flap covers the pouch from above, protecting the zipper and the contents from water and dirt
  • Adjustable Duraflex® fastex, securely holds the pouch, allows you to tightly pull the contents of different volumes
  • On top of the valve there are two PALS cells, on which you can attach a tourniquet-turnstile (using an elastic cord, special fasteners or a pouch)
  • A 5x5 cm cross is sewn on the front of the valve for identification. It is made of thin Haypalon (rubberized material) by laser cutting, and has a contrasting protective color in relation to the main fabric. For the colors of the fabric Olive, Digital Flora, Multipat, Moss, a black cross is used, for the Black color of the fabric, a green cross is used

Pouch:

  • It is fastened with a large double-lock zipper with paracord grips instead of metal tabs (noiselessly and reliably). The zipper opens all the way to the bottom, providing easy access to all the contents
  • The zipper of the pouch can be undone with one jerk, for which a sling is sewn on top of the wrong side of the front wall . This sling must first be pulled out through a slightly unbuttoned zipper. It is recommended not to use this function if possible, this will reduce the load on the zipper and reduce the risk of dirt getting inside the pouch
  • A matching Velcro loop is sewn on the back for fixing on the platform. The Velcro is soft and does not spoil the surrounding materials and objects (you can carry the pouch separately inside backpacks and bags)
  • A convenient handle from a sling is sewn on top of the back wall for quickly tearing the pouch from the platform. The corners of the handle are stitched, which allows you to maintain a rigid shape (it is important to work with the first-aid kit by touch, the handle always remains in the same place). The handle is covered from above by the platform valve
  • At the bottom there is a grommet for water drainage, on the wrong side of the bottom there are two cells made of 20 mm elastic bands for attaching medicines

The back half of the pouch:

  • A loop of braid is sewn on top for hanging a flashlight and other items
  • A large flat pocket with an entrance from the top to the full height of the pouch, on top of it a voluminous pocket (for example, for large PPI). Two rows of 20 mm elastic bands are sewn on top of these pockets, forming cells. Elastic bands protect the contents of the pockets from falling out and serve to attach objects over the pockets
  • Two "wings" are symmetrically sewn on the sides — side compartments, each of which is a flat pocket, on top of which a second layer of pockets is sewn — one is voluminous (convenient for small bandages, PPIs and harnesses), the other is narrow and flat, for oblong objects (a marker for recording the time of applying the harness, a decompression needle for pneumothorax). Cells of 20 mm elastic bands are sewn on top of the pockets of the side compartment. Being filled, when the pouch is unbuttoned, the side compartments open sideways and give convenient access to all the contents

Front half of the pouch:

  • Large flat pocket
  • Vertical cells from the sling are sewn on top of the pocket, through which an elastic cord is threaded, forming several pairs of loops. The location of the loops and their tension can be adjusted by threading the cord into the appropriate cells and pulling it with the Duraflex ® lock. This system is very convenient for attaching bulky objects across the pouch, such as tourniquets , bandages, PPI. The cord, unlike the usual wide elastic band, is much stronger, adjustable and maintainable
