Tactical Combat Shirt

The combat tactical shirt is a hybrid of a field jacket and thermal underwear. It is combined from materials of various properties. The body of the shirt is made of light, hygroscopic and quick-drying knitwear, and the sleeves are made of high-strength and wear-resistant material.

The shirt has a complex combined cut of the sleeves. The front part of the sleeves is cut raglan. This cut gives the greatest freedom of movement. The back halves of the raglan sleeves are a yoke, which provides additional protection for the upper back. The sleeves have elbow recesses to best match the anatomical shape of the hands. Knitted gussets and ventilation holes on the zippers provide moisture removal and wearing comfort. In the upper part of the sleeves there are patch pockets "briefcase" with a zipper. On the pockets there is a Velcro loop for attaching patches. The elbow area is reinforced with a pocket-pad on the Velcro closure, which allows you to insert the elbow pad. The lower section of the sleeves is decorated with a one-piece cuff. The width of the sleeves at the bottom is adjusted with the help of a patch and a Velcro fastener.

Shirt with a central non-detachable zipper. The plastron of the central clasp has a protective valance, the lower part of which is made of soft knitwear. The stand-up collar is tightly fitting to prevent foreign objects from getting behind it. The inner part of the collar is made of soft knitted fabric, as well as the body of the shirt.

The shelf and the back of the shirt are elongated, which contributes to comfortable wearing of the product in a tucked-in form.

The material of the shirt sleeves.

The fabric of the sleeves is complex, consists of 54% nylon, 10% Elastane and 36 % cotton. The natural underside and nylon front side allow you to combine the best properties of synthetic and natural materials.

Nylon is a unique material created by DuPont in 1935. Lightweight, elastic, quick-drying, extremely durable and wear-resistant material made of polyamide fibers with low pilling capacity. Polyamide fibers are not destroyed by microorganisms and mold, do not dissolve with organic solvents, are resistant to the action of alkalis of any concentration. It has fire resistance. The presence of nylon provides this raincoat material with indelibility, resistance to repeated deformations and water resistance of the surface layer of which the complex material consists.

Elastane fibers (polyurethane/ spandex) were added to the structure of the material in the amount of 10%. Spandex fibers have lightness, softness, resistance to sweat and mold. They give the product elasticity, elasticity, shape stability and non-creasability. They do not change their properties even when wet.

And finally, the lower layer of the complex material, which is directly in contact with the body, consists of natural cotton. Hygienic properties of cotton - good hygroscopicity-the ability to quickly absorb and give off moisture, breathability and vapor permeability, moderate thermal protection.

The fabric is easy to wash, does not require ironing. A sufficient coefficient of tangential resistance contributes to a minimum extension of the threads in the joints and a low degree of shedding of the sections.

Shirt Body

Polartec knitted fabric consists of 75% polyester and 25% tencel lyocell (viscose).

Polyester consists of polyester fibers. These fibers have high thermal resistance, and are also light, elastic, durable, frost-resistant, resistant to rot and mold, moth-resistant material. Resistant to washing and dry cleaning. The presence of this fiber in the knitted fabric of the shirt body gives it the properties necessary for long-term operation.

Tencel lyocell fiber is developed by the English company Courtaulds Fibers and is produced from eucalyptus wood. Thanks to nanotechnology, lyocell combines all the best from natural and artificial fibers.

The main features of the Lyocell are:

* Strength. Much stronger than viscose and cotton. It does not tear even when wet.

* Hygroscopicity. Lyocell has the highest rates of moisture absorption.

* Hypoallergenic. The fiber structure prevents the accumulation of dust and the appearance of bacteria.

* Breathability. Materials made of lyocell pass air well (30% better than cotton), making the finished product "breathable".

The properties of this fiber provide: convenience and comfort of the product in wear; excellent appearance for a long time; non-creasability of the material, good elasticity and fit on the figure, shape stability, bactericidal properties, low pilling, air and vapor permeability,hypoallergenic.

The symbiosis of the properties of materials and the design of the product allows you to adjust the microclimate and provides maximum comfort when working in a wide temperature range.
