The Sturmpanzer IV, also known as the Brummbar, was a medium-weight German self-propelled artillery vehicle used during World War II. Built on the reliable Panzer IV tank chassis, this assault gun saw action in key battles such as Kursk, Anzio, Normandy, and the Warsaw Uprising.

Serial production began in April 1943, with a total of 306 units manufactured before Germany's surrender. These were distributed among four dedicated assault tank battalions.
