Return Policy

Please take a moment to examine your package and make sure you have ordered and received exactly what you wanted.  If you are missing an item, please keep the original packing materials as our shippers may need pictures of it.  If you are missing an item from your order and you cannot produce the original packaging materials, your return/refund is null and void.

Contact us immediately if you have any concerns so we can issue you an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if necessary.

Returns (requiring an RMA number) MUST be accompanied by the RMA number or they will be refused.

All returned merchandise must be UNUSED, in NEW condition and in it's original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

If your product requires an RMA number, the approved RMA number must be clearly shown on the shipping label.

If there is no RMA number on the box (and your product requires one), it will be either returned to you or discard, because our receiving department would assume that it is an unauthorized return.

Special orders or custom-made items which was produced specially for customer are not returnable.

Refurbished items are not returnable.

Shipping charges are not refundable.  This includes Russian Customs fees charged at the border.

Returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Customer assumes responsibility for any shipping charges on returns. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. If you receive a defective item, we will provide you with an RMA number for the return/exchange and contact info of the manufacturer. It's up to the customer to discuss return shipping charges with the manufacturer, however we do not cover these charges.

Pre-ordered items must be cancelled within 24-48 hours. Some manufacturers we deal with charge re-stocking fees for cancelled pre-orders. The customer is responsible for any re-stocking fees charged from the manufacturer after cancelling a pre-ordered item. To avoid this, contact us in advance (before cancelling) to check if there is a potential re-stocking fee.

All custom-made items must be cancelled within 48 hours of the initial order or they are subject to a 30-50% restocking fee. This is determined by the company your product is ordered from and how far along the item is from completion. All returns of custom made items must be pre-approved first and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

How to get a RMA number (if needed) for return/repair/service:

Email us to [email protected] stating exactly what you need (this is the best way to contact us) OR call +7 (911) 942-0344 and leave a detailed message

Watch for an email from us within the next 24-72 hours that will include your RMA number (if needed) and address to send the product to. 

If your return request meets the criteria of our return policy, we will email you the Return Authorization (RMA) Number.

Write your RMA number in large lettering next to your return address on the box, this will help speed the process.

All RMA numbers issued are good for fifteen (15) days from the date of issue.   

Prepaid shipping is required for all returning products.

We recommend that you ship by UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or USPS with a return receipt. That way, if we do not receive your package, you can have it traced.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused.


Refunds on Returns

 Once you receive your order, you have a 30 day window to return it (for whatever reason).  If it's after 30 days, it will be our discretion as to whether or not we will be able to offer an exchange or refund.  This depends heavily on what's wrong with the product, existing warranties and manufacturer's rules on returns after this time frame.

After receiving your authorized return, we will inspect the items to make sure they meet the conditions of our return policy.

If the items do not meet those conditions, they will be returned to you at your expense.

If the conditions are met, we will refund you the appropriate amount by the same method you used to pay for your order.

Please allow a week for the refund to appear on your credit card.

We will not refund you for items damaged in shipping due to your incorrect packaging.
