RuArmy sells products in EUR currency. All exchange rates displayed on RuArmy in currencies other than EUR are for reference only (prices are calculated in EUR regardless of the warehouse you are purchasing from). RuArmy provides the exchange rate tool only as a guideline. During the purchase process, RuArmy forwards the price in EUR to the payment system (bank), which processes the exact currency exchange based on Visa or MasterCard (or another payment system) rates. You do not lose anything during currency conversion.

For payments (entering your card details), you will be redirected to Stripe's payment gateway. The connection to the payment gateway and data transmission occur in a secure mode using SSL encryption. If your bank supports secure online payment technologies such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, you may also need to enter a special password for payment. This page supports 256-bit encryption. The confidentiality of the personal information provided is ensured. The entered data is not shared with third parties, as regulated by the legal requirements for bank card payments and in strict compliance with the requirements of MIR, Visa Int., and MasterCard Europe Ltd.

We use Airmail shipping directly from Russia via insured international airmail with tracking number and express air door-to-door shipping.

• Delivery time depends on your location and takes approximately 2.5-3 weeks.
• If you use a FREE SHIPPING COUPON, we may apply ground shipping for your order, which can take up to 45 days.

To protect our business from fraudulent buyers, we set the standard processing time to 9 days. However, 80% of orders are processed within 3-5 days. (Note: guaranteed processing time is 9 days.)

For some (NOT ALL) items, we may ship in two steps:

• Delivery from the factory to RuArmy headquarters – 3-6 days
• Delivery from RuArmy to you – 14-18 days

Tracking numbers are added 1 hour after the package is shipped.

If your item (size or color) is unavailable in real-time, we will place an order for production at the manufacturer’s warehouse. Different manufacturers have different production times. You will receive email updates about your item’s status.

We also have some rare items that require additional time for production and processing (up to 30 days). This applies to:

• Rare colors like Spectre (SKWO) by SSO/SPOSN
• Special equipment sets like Molle FSB SPN
• Non-standard sizes (above size 60 or below size 46)

None of our product prices include taxes, and we do not charge any additional fees beyond the advertised product price and shipping/handling costs. However, it is your responsibility to pay any fees imposed by your local customs or postal office, should they apply.

If you want to modify your order details, you must act quickly.

• The safest way to change your address is via our live chat support.
• Due to email response delays, we do not take responsibility for requests made after the package has been shipped.
• Simply sending an email does not guarantee a change or a timely response. Please contact us via chat immediately if you notice any errors in your address.

Full refunds are ONLY available before shipping and ONLY for non-customizable items (without size or color options).

If an item in your order includes options (size, color, or variations) and has already been shipped, returns are not accepted. This is a specific policy of our store. Any return process is expensive, which is why we do not accept returns in general.

You can request a return if there was an error on RuArmy’s side, such as:

• Wrong color, size, item, or quantity.

If you ordered multiple items and received an incorrect quantity, RuArmy will send the missing items. Refund requests in this case are only possible if the missing item is an essential part of a set and cannot be used without it. In such cases, a refund will be issued only after the item is returned.

All returns must be confirmed with a tracking number.

If the returned item is confirmed damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, we only cover standard airmail postage for the replacement item.

Our new RMA system simplifies warranty claims, including cases of:

• Incorrect, defective, damaged, or faulty items.
• Missing parts.
• Product dissatisfaction.

This system automates the warranty status process, improving customer awareness and expectations.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

• If the products are in stock and we are not experiencing a high order volume, your package will be shipped within 3-5 days (excluding weekends).
• If your item is marked "BACKORDER", your package will be held until the item is restocked. The estimated restocking time is 30 days, but this is not guaranteed.

RuArmy deals directly with factories and does not buy from distributors, which helps keep prices lower but can sometimes cause stock shortages due to factory lead times.

To check your order status, log into your account on our homepage and click "Your Account" in the top-left corner.

If your package is delayed, you must notify us, and we will submit a request to our postal service.

• We will wait up to 25 days before allowing a replacement or refund.
• If your lost order arrives after you receive a full refund or a replacement, you must return the original order or refuse the second package.
