The Saiga-2 hip system features an ergonomic design and ensures the safety of ammunition during active movement. It includes two pockets for two magazines (5 cartridges each), Velcro and button flap closures, and is attached to the thigh and belt. It is adjustable in size and height and weighs 170 grams.
